1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the You Need Goods website and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

You Need Goods empowers businesses to create and sell custom-branded merchandise. We manage design, product creation, and storefront setup. You receive a unique marketing channel with custom goods and a share of the sales revenue.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

4. Store Setup & Maintenance

We will create and maintain your online store. You must provide necessary assets (logos, branding, etc.). You can request a custom domain or subdomain.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Design Ownership: Designs created by our team remain You Need Goods’ property unless otherwise stated or released in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for merchandise sales on our platform.

• Brand Assets: Logos and brand assets provided by clients remain their property and will be used only for creating merchandise.

• Client Approval: We will never add products or designs to your live store without your consent and approval, unless otherwise granted by you in writing.

6. Design Liability & Responsibility

We take full responsibility for the designs we create and provide for your store. If any legal claims or disputes arise directly from the designs we produce, we will manage those claims. As our client, you are not liable for any design-related claims, provided the designs have not been altered or used outside the agreed-upon terms, and that any assets or content provided by you (e.g., logos, slogans, images) do not infringe on the trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Marketing & Promotion

Clients are allowed and encouraged to use the designs, products, and mockups provided You Need Goods to promote their merchandise. You can share these assets across social media, email campaigns, websites, or paid ads to drive awareness and sales.

• Social Media & Ads: Use our product images and mockups to create buzz on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, or in paid ads.
